Shipping policy

Delivery within the State of Qatar:

Free delivery on all orders within the state of Qatar.

Orders placed on business days before 1pm (local time) will be delivered within 24 hours (Business days exclude Weekends & Holidays).

Orders made after 1pm will be delivered within 48 hours.

Kindly note that free delivery within Qatar is not valid during sale periods.

Delivery outside the State of Qatar (Charges apply):

Expected order processing time is typically 3-4 business days through our international express courier partners DHL Express and Aramex.

Fees of custom duties and taxes are not included.
All goods imported into The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab of Emirates, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain are subject to customs duties, based on a percentage value of goods, or a per unit basis. The value of goods is calculated according to the Regulations under the Customs and Ports Law.
